How quickly can I expect to see results?
Initial data and engagement: within the first week of launch. Profitable ROAS: typically within 30-60 days as the algorithm learns and we identify winning creatives. Strong, consistent scaling: usually month 3+. We're upfront about timelines - anyone promising "instant results" with Meta ads is lying.
Do I need to provide my own creatives?
No. Creative production is fully included - we design statics, write copy, and produce video ads in-house. If you have brand assets (photos, videos), even better - we'll incorporate them. But you don't need to provide anything beyond access to your products/brand.
What ad spend should I start with?
Minimum $20-30/day to gather meaningful data ($600-900/month). For e-commerce, we typically recommend $50-100/day starting out ($1,500-3,000/month) so we can properly test creatives and audiences. We'll discuss what makes sense for your specific goals on the strategy call.
Is the ad spend included in your fee?
No - and this is important. Ad spend goes directly to Meta from YOUR account, on YOUR card. Our retainer is separate and only covers our management work. You always own and control your ad account, audiences, and data. Always.
Do you only do Meta ads, or other platforms too?
Meta (Facebook + Instagram) is our deep specialty - that's where we have the most expertise and where we can deliver the strongest results. We can handle Google Ads as a complement for clients who need search/shopping presence, but we don't recommend agencies that try to be experts at everything.
Can I see the AI platform before signing up?
Yes. On our strategy call, we'll walk you through a live demo of the platform using anonymized client data so you can see exactly what you'd be working with before any commitment.
What happens if results don't meet expectations?
We have monthly performance reviews where we evaluate honestly. If we're not moving your numbers, we say so - and we either pivot the strategy or part ways. We won't keep collecting retainer fees if we can't deliver value. That said, most underperformance is fixable with strategy changes - which is exactly what the monthly reviews are for.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No, and run from anyone who does. Performance depends on your offer, market, product-market fit, ad account history, and many factors we don't control. What we DO guarantee: a structured process, honest reporting, full transparency, and our genuine effort to make your numbers work. We've delivered for 100+ businesses, but nothing in advertising is universal.
